Admission documents

Please put together and submit a complete file including the following documents.

1. Completed and signed enrolment form (Ref. F0125).
2. School commitment signed and notarised by the parents or legal guardians (Ref. F0225).
3. Reinforcement course commitment signed and notarised (Ref. F0325).
4. 2 recent photos.
5. A copy of the father’s ID card (or passport).
6. A copy of the mother’s ID card (or passport).
7. A copy of the student’s birth certificate.
8. Report cards from previous school years.
9. Receipt of payment of the enrolment fee.
10. Proof of residence of the parents or legal guardians in Morocco.
11. A recent medical certificate attesting to the student’s good health and up-to-date vaccinations.
12. A copy of the student’s vaccination record.
13. A recommendation letter from the previous school, describing the student’s behaviour and academic performance.

Important: the student’s enrolment is final only once all the documents listed above have been received and validated.

After reviewing the file and the admission assessment, the school completes two internal documents:

• Admission test evaluation form (Ref. F0425).
• Student behaviour observation form (Ref. F0525).
