These terms govern the use of the school’s website and of its application — the administration, teacher, family and pupil portals, on the web and on mobile.

1. Accounts

Accounts are created by the school, by invitation. Your credentials are personal and confidential: do not share them, and tell the school at once of any suspicious use. The school may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

2. Acceptable use

The news feed and the messaging are school tools. Be respectful; publish nothing unlawful, offensive or unrelated to school life. Do not share outside the application content concerning other families or pupils. Do not attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours.

3. What you publish

You are responsible for the messages, comments, documents and photographs you post. The school may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The website, the application and their content belong to the school or to their authors. They may not be reproduced or reused without permission, except for your own family’s documents.

5. Availability

The service is provided as is. The school does its best to keep it available and announces planned maintenance, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

6. Liability

Information shown in the application is provided for guidance; the official documents (invoices, report cards, certificates) are authoritative in the form in which the school issues them. The school is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the service.

7. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

8. Applicable law
